Planning Committee

The Planning Committee normally meets every three weeks to consider the latest planning applications and to make recommendations to Maidstone Borough Council on applications and other planning issues. Agendas and minutes are produced for these meetings on a similar basis to the main Parish Council meetings.

The present members of the Coxheath Parish Council Planning Committee are:

Vacancy (Chairman)
Cllr Clive Parker
Cllr Rodney Divall
Cllr Keith Woollven
Cllr Val Page
Cllr Richard Webb

Mr Terry Ketley (Clerk)

Planning Committee meetings are normally held in the Parish Office on every third Thursday, commencing at 7.30pm. In view of the lack of new planning applications, the Planning Committee meeting scheduled to be held on 15th February 2018 has been cancelled. The next Planning Committee meeting will be held, therefore, on Thursday 8th March 2018, in the Parish Office at Coxheath Village Hall. Dates of meetings are displayed in advance on Parish Council notice boards every six months. Planning Committee meetings may be cancelled or postponed at short notice if there is insufficient business for consideration on a particular date.
